Got an idea on a character you would like to make, or adjustments to one of your existing characters? Ask away. I know more than is probably healthy about this stuff (access to over 200 source books may have something to do with it) so I SHOULD be able to help you. Fire away!

So I guess I'm gonna be using my first melee char. in your current campaign. Although I hope it isn't going to be bogged down with all of us being melee... I mean, I can wield the ole bow pretty good and I plan to turn this lad into somewhat of a healer/supporter if I can. RIP Sir Boone.

yeah, we'll have a ranged fighter when Tim plays. You can take some of the heat off of Thor and Tank sometimes. What might be best for you is to be a "ready" fighter.... meaning you take full advantage of the ready action. Basically, you're the guy who saves everyone's butts, and adds some healing. I may be able to bump up the challenge rating of the encounters because we have two tanks and an off-tank AND plenty of healing power.

As far as my Dwarven Cleric goes, I'm thinking he'll be the one doing the tanking seeing as he has the AC for it (22). I'm going to try to save my spells for when we really need them, and mostly use scrolls and potions to heal. From what you've told me, Jim, his Knowledge (religion) skill will come in handy, yes?

Not in this first match, but over time? Probably, lol.

Cool. I wasn't sure how I wanted to build him up as far as skill selection goes. I'll probably stick mostly with Heal and Knowledge of religion. As far as feats go, if we start fighting more undead I'll work towards improving my turning ability. If nor, I'll focus more on tanking and/or healing.

Well, we have a tank, and it looks like not too many undead in our future... I'll spec him more towards healing/buffing. But I might also take some immobilization spells such as hold person/ hold monster, etc.

Well, hopefully you won't deal with gobleens too much longer. Just gotta get you guys out of the mountainos.
In fact, you'll probably done with monsters for a while after my next go 'round.
