I can't believe people haven't seen this movie yet! When you hear, "Dude, that movie was EPIC!!", the first thing you think of isn't "Sounds ghey, never gonna see it"

Avatar has already solidified itself as a classic as far as I can tell. I'll be able to tell me grandkids, "Aye, I saw that movie in 3D!"

And then they'll say, "Only in 3D?!?!? You're lame, grandpa!" Then they'll break you're hip.

Well no matter it will always be considered overrated now, since it's the highest money grossing movie ever.

Thats troo. Like dont get me wrong it was good but the hype was so much I think I expected to much. I need to watch it again without the expectations to rlly enjoy it.

I was actually the opposite lol, I had no idea what to expect really, and I wasn't too impressed with the previews. I ended up enjoying it a lot. Does it deserve to be the #1 grossing movie ever? Dunno. It was a beautiful movie in terms of scenery and whatnot though.

Ya I spose. I agree with you bout the previews. Most of the good things I heard were from ppl who had seen it. The previews made it look rlly childish or feminine. But I spose if it werent this movie as the highest grossing it be some other. Im not sure which "deserves" it if any. I have yet to rewatch it. its on my computer I just gota find the time.

I dunno if I'd ever watch it again.
It was a completely different experience in the theater + 3D, I just don't think it would live up to it again on a telly.

Prolly.
So, Avatar didn't get any Oscars besides the cinematography and visual effects, etc. I'm kinda glad in a way. If Avatar would have won more it would have just been ridixulous.

I too watched it twice in 3D. Best $9 movie tickets I ever bought.
Well, except for that show in Toledo.....
